Wunmi Onile-Ere is an accomplished Real Estate Development Professional with over 20 years’ experience leading large-scale projects. She is the Director of Master Planned Communities at Toll Brother’s, America’s foremost Developer of luxury single-family, multifamily, student housing, and 55+ Active Adult communities. Her role involves land acquisition, planning and development on 1,000 - 5,000+ acre mega development projects.
Wunmi’s multi-functional capabilities span strategic business planning, development management, construction management and financial modeling. In prior roles she has managed over $500 Million in projects including overseeing a master planned community developing 302 single-family senior housing units with resort-style amenities, overseeing project management on construction activities and tenant leasing opportunities for the JFK Airport Redevelopment, and project oversight on a manufacturing venture under construction at Brooklyn Navy Yard, to name a few. She is also the Managing Director of ZKB Industries, an acquisitions and wholesale distribution company. Prior to transitioning to Commercial Real Estate, Wunmi was a well-awarded global Oil Commodities Trader managing a $1Billion portfolio.
Wunmi is passionate about driving transformative projects that overdeliver expected returns and social impact. She has earned Real Estate Management: Finance, Design and Leadership certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education, MBA from Columbia Business School, and BA in Economics and International Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is an Alum of Project REAP, the LISC Developers Program and CPC ACCESS Incubator.
