In her present position, Ms. Williams specializes in tenant and landlord representation, delivering bespoke real estate solutions tailored for each unique project. Possessing an unparalleled comprehension of clients' objectives and requirements, she formulates strategic plans customized to each client's distinctive profile. She excels at devising cost-effective solutions that not only optimize company value but also adeptly address and resolve complex client challenges.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Williams was a Transaction Specialist in Global Corporate Services for CBRE, where she was responsible for managing over 9 million square feet of transactions for multiple corporate clients, including Arrow Electronics, Medco Health Solutions, WPP, and Fidelity. As a Transaction Specialist, Whitnee was responsible for working with her corporate clients to reduce corporate real estate costs and optimize real estate efficiencies through strategic analysis and portfolio optimization.

Whitnee began her career in real estate through CBRE’s Wheel Program, an 18-month rotational program, where she worked on significant projects in Project Management, Asset Services, and Investment Properties.
