Vernon Beckford is the CEO of Diversified Lending Solutions, a real estate advisory firm expanding access to capital for real estate operators and developers, especially those from historically under-represented communities.

Since starting his career on Wall Street 20 years ago, Mr. Beckford has been involved in several billion dollars of real estate transactions, with experience and leadership in mortgage loan originations, equity investing, and joint ventures.

Vernon is also the Co-Founder of Emerge Real Estate News, a leading source of commercial real estate news, analysis and intelligence for small, emerging and diverse commercial real estate operators, developers, and investors and a graduate of Columbia College and Harvard Business School.
