Tywan Anthony

Tywan Anthony is the Director of Property Management and Real Estate Training at NHSNYC, where he leads initiatives to strengthen technical expertise and support property owners and future real estate professionals. Tywan brings extensive experience in property management, having managed large shopping centers and commercial real estate assets for some of the nation’s largest real estate firms, including Kimco Realty and Retail Properties of America. His background spans multiple asset classes including retail, office, and residential properties.

A licensed New York State real estate broker, Tywan holds multiple industry credentials including ARM, CPM Candidate, NYARM accreditation, RAM certification, and completion of Project REAP. He also serves as the Brooklyn Chapter President of the Bedford Stuyvesant Real Estate Board and is an approved NYS real estate instructor.

In addition, Tywan is the Founder and Executive Director of the New York Crusaders, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering athletes through sports, academics, and job training. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pittsburg State University.
