TC Cosby is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance and Equity Placement at Greysteel. In this role, he leads the national institutional equity placement practice, and on behalf of his institutional operator clients, he sources, structures, and negotiates single-asset, programmatic, or opco institutional joint ventures. Over the last 5 years, TC's practice has capitalized in excess of $4 billion gross asset value. Over the last two years, he has sourced and structured ~$1 billion of institutional programmatic equity in the residential space alone.

TC has more than 20 years of experience with global commercial real estate and financial organizations. Before joining Greysteel, TC was a Managing Director at Angel Oak Securities, where he helped establish the internal broker-dealer business line. Prior to that, he was a Director in the global markets and investment banking divisions of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. While at Bank of America, TC led numerous sales and trading desks within the Mortgage-Backed Securities and Structured Products group, covering and making markets for some of the world's most sophisticated and systemically important financial institutions.

TC earned his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and was a multi-year football letter winner. He sits on various charitable boards and organizations but is most passionate about his participation on the board of Baltimore's Parity Homes, which serves first-time new home buyers in his hometown of Baltimore.
