Randall graduated with a Master of Science in Urban Planning and Urban Affairs with a concentration in Housing and Community Development from Hunter College (CUNY). He is a New York State Real Estate Broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (“IREM”), and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) with Builders Owner and Managers International (BOMI). Prior to joining Infinite Horizons Randall worked as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Property Manager at HPD and has similar roles in the not-for-profit development community while working at MBD Community Housing Corp. in the Bronx. Randall was awarded as the Certified Property Manager of the Year for 2019 by IREM. He also the President of Greater IREM NYC. He serves as the subcommittee Chair of the chapter’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

He also sits on the Fund for Public Housing Advisory Council, which helps support NYHCA through various programming and fundraising initiatives. Additionally, he received the Diversity Inclusion Succession Initiative (DISI) Award from IREM (2019) and recently completed a certificate from University of South Florida Muma College of Business in Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace in 2020. He completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, Coro Leadership New York Program (LNY ‘32), and EY Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN) for Black and Latinx Entrepreneurs.
