Ramon Parchment

Ramon Parchment, PMP is a Director-Level Project Manager at Consigli Construction, where he oversees large-scale public-sector and mission-critical projects from preconstruction through final turnover. He is currently leading the Shirley Chisholm Recreation Center project a $141 million, 70,000 SF state-of-the-art facility under construction in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.

Prior to Consigli, Ramon spent nearly a decade at AECOM Tishman, where he built deep expertise in data center and commercial interior construction across the U.S.

He served as Construction Manager for Verizon Business on a $200 million portfolio of live data center retrofit and fit-out projects, spanning locations in Omaha, NE; Arlington, TX; Hilliard, OH; Las Vegas, NV; Atlanta, GA; and Bloomington, CA. His responsibilities included on-site execution, subcontractor oversight, vendor performance, and coordination with design and engineering teams all while maintaining live facility uptime and safety compliance.

With more than 10 years of experience, Ramon is known for leading fast-paced, complex projects with discipline, strategic foresight, and a hands-on field presence. He excels in risk management, schedule recovery, procurement strategy, and multi-trade coordination.

Ramon holds a degree in Civil Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and is PMP-certified.
