
R. Lynn King-Tolliver
Lynn King-Tolliver is a nationally recognized commercial real estate investment executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning institutional investment management, portfolio strategy, acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital formation across U.S. and international markets. Over her career, she has completed more than $5 billion in transactions and acquired over 25 million square feet of real estate across multiple asset classes.
She is the Founder & Managing Partner of Archere Investment Management (AIM), a private equity real estate investment platform focused on capital allocation, GP advisory, and the development of scalable middle-market investment management platforms. AIM partners with experienced operators and emerging platforms to deliver institutional-quality investment strategies focused on workforce housing, value-add, and income-oriented real estate opportunities. Ms. King-Tolliver also serves as Managing Partner of Archere Apartment Communities, AIM’s flagship workforce housing investment platform, which focuses on long-term ownership strategies designed to preserve attainable housing and deliver durable risk-adjusted returns. Through AIM, she is developing a differentiated platform model that combines institutional investment discipline with strategic operating partnerships, including initiatives involving community-based and faith-based land partnerships designed to expand housing access and long-term community investment. Prior to founding AIM, Ms. King-Tolliver held senior investment and acquisitions roles with Heitman, MetLife Investment Management, Spieker Properties, and Lincoln Property Company.
In addition to her investment leadership, Ms. King-Tolliver is an active voice in the real estate industry and serves on the board of Mercy Housing California and the advisory board of Adept Urban. She is a former member of the CBRE Investment Management Americas Investment Committee and currently serves as President of African American Real Estate Professionals Los Angeles (AAREP LA), a Global Governing Trustee of Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a member of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate Executive Council.
