Ofo Ezeugwu is the Founder and CEO of WhoseYourLandlord (WYL), an AI-driven resident insights platform that turns verified feedback from residents into actionable data for affordable housing operators and capital providers. He has spent the last 14 years at the intersection of housing and technology, working to build transparency, trust, and accountability between residents and home providers.

WYL's platform has been deployed in partnership with Fannie Mae and with clients including Related Affordable, Phipps Houses, Jonathan Rose Companies, and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group. Ofo is a 2022 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Social Impact, a 2026 Global Good Fund Fellow, and a recipient of Temple University's Translational Research Award and America on Tech + NBCUniversal's Innovator of the Year Award.

He has served as a representative member of the FHFA Advisory Committee on Affordable, Equitable, and Sustainable Housing and is a host committee member for Diversity in Commercial Real Estate (DCRE). His work has been featured in Forbes, TechCrunch, Newsweek, The New York Times, and more. A Temple University alumnus, Ofo served as VP of the student body and is the youngest alumni convocation speaker in the school's history.
