Moshe McKie-Krisberg

Moshe McKie-Krisberg joined The Richman Group Affordable Housing Corporation’s acquisition team in 2009 and is currently Co-President of Richman Housing Resources LLC, the corporation’s New York City division. He is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and the closing of affordable housing tax credit investments. Mr. McKie-Krisberg has worked with both non-profit and for-profit developers and has structured numerous property types including new construction, rehabilitation, supportive housing, mix use, federal solar, and state tax credit investments. He has partaken in the syndication of more than $800 million of tax credit equity invested in over 50 transactions in New York City and State. Mr. McKie-Krisberg is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a Master in City Planning (MCP).
