Michael Ajayi is an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s investment banking unit. As a senior member of the Commercial Mortgages and Real Estate Special Opportunities team, Mr. Ajayi is responsible for managing the groups lending in Affordable Housing and Sustainable Development.

He previously focused on CMBS capital markets including trading in cash and derivatives. Mr. Ajayi joined J.P. Morgan in 2018. He received a B.A in Finance from Howard University.
