Lexus Ampadu

Lexus is a Vice President on the Historic Tax Credit (HTC) Equity Investments team within JP Morgan’s Community Development Banking group. In this role, he leads the origination and execution of HTC equity investments and, in select states, State Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (SLIHC) investments—partnering with developers, syndicators, and other stakeholders to deliver capital to high-impact community development projects. He is responsible for sourcing opportunities, guiding transactions from initial structuring through closing, and supporting the broader platform’s efforts to expand investment activity across priority markets.

Before joining JPMC, Lexus served as a Senior Consultant in KPMG’s Capital Markets group. Earlier in his career, he was part of Fannie Mae’s Associate Rotational Program, where he gained cross-functional experience across key areas of the housing finance ecosystem. Lexus holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Economics from the University of Maryland.
