Kenneth M. Morrison is a second-generation real estate professional and co-founder of Lemor Development Group LLC. Active in the Harlem community since the 1980s, he has extensive experience in workforce and affordable housing development, real estate investment, and consulting. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Mr. Morrison began his career in sales, rentals, and property management before focusing on development and long-term housing preservation.
Mr. Morrison’s firms have partnered with municipal agencies in New York City, New York State, and Newark, New Jersey. He is currently developing housing in New York City and the Newark, New Jersey markets. With preservation projects in the Atlanta market and partnerships with the New York City Housing Authority, Kenneth’s firms have rehabilitated more than 2,500 residential units, strengthening housing quality and providing long-term affordability.
Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate (MSRE) from Fordham University. He serves on the boards of several professional and civic organizations, including Habitat for Humanity New York, the New York Real Estate Chamber, the National Development Fund, and the Fordham University Real Estate Advisory Committee. He is also an instructor with NAREB’s Developers Academy and is committed to mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals.
