Keith Gordon

Keith Gordon is Founder and Managing Partner of NCV Capital Partners, a New York based real estate development firm. Keith has over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and development participating in closing over $7 billion in transactions.

Mr. Gordon worked in the acquisitions groups at both Centerline Capital Group and at Equity Residential where he closed over $100 million in tax credit projects and $800 million in real estate transactions primarily in the Northeast region. Prior to Equity Residential, he worked in the multifamily group at Fannie Mae where he focused on Mortgage Backed Securities.

Mr. Gordon began his career at JP Morgan Chase in its Investment Banking unit where he worked in both the Real Estate Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups. Mr. Gordon received his BBA in Finance from Howard University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
