Julie A. Gonzalez is a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase with the Community Development Real Estate, East Region team. In her role, she finances the development of affordable housing throughout the New York Tri-State Area. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Julie was a Senior Project Manager at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, where she underwrote and closed affordable housing transactions. Her career also includes a significant tenure at Joy Construction Corporation as a Senior Development Project Manager, where she focused on development of the organization’s mixed-use, multi-family affordable portfolio. She began her career at the Housing Partnership Development Corporation.
Julie holds a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College, City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seattle University. In addition to her professional achievements, Julie recently joined the board of the Housing Partnership Development Corporation and Enterprise New York Advisory Board.
