Gordon Bell has enjoyed a fruitful, multi-decade career on Wall Street managing fixed income, equity and real estate investments. He has held senior posts at JPMorgan, Prudential, Citigroup and Legacy Growth Partners. In addition to managing investment funds, Gordon’s institutional clients have included PepsiCo, American Express and Time Warner. Mr. Bell’s current business interests include UrbanElite Collective, (UEC) where he is CEO and Shinda Management Corporation (SMC) where he is COO.

SMC is a PropTech innovator that uses preventative maintenance and other protocols to deliver superior health & safety and efficient execution to 7,000 residential units. Previously, Bell served as Executive Vice President of Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, established by Bobby Kennedy and Jacob Javits in 1967 as America’s first Community Development Corporation. In 2019 Mr. Bell helped win and close the acquisition of over 2,600 units of housing, making it the largest deal in Restoration's 50-yr history. In 2022, he helped lead a team in the final presentation to 17 Tenant Association Presidents to win the 1,200 NYCHA PACT 10 transaction - making it Restoration’s second largest transaction.

As an officer and Director of the New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency, Gordon helped vet and approve a multi-billion-dollar development plan that is currently underway. He also served as a Director to analyze and allot New Market Tax Credits to projects for New York City’s EDC. With expertise in several industries, including healthcare and real estate, and a desire to promote social welfare, Gordon served as a C Level and Board Director at Delivering Good - a quarter billion dollar a year non-profit, North General Hospital, the Ralph Lauren Cancer Center, Literacy Partners and many others. He has been honored with several awards for his service.

Mr. Bell proudly follows in the footsteps of Sydney Poitier and Cab Calloway as a proud member of the Westchester Clubmen. Gordon is a long-standing member of the think-tank, the Council on Foreign Relations.
