Dwayne Jeffrey is a Principal and Co-Founder of United Partners, a real estate development and investment firm focused on affordable housing, multifamily development, and community-centered revitalization.

He leads the firm's development, acquisitions, capital formation, and strategic growth initiatives, working across public, private, and institutional partnerships to advance projects that create housing, strengthen neighborhoods, and expand access to investment opportunities. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the sourcing, financing, development, and execution of hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate projects across the Northeast, with a particular focus on affordable and workforce housing.

As a developer and entrepreneur, Dwayne is committed to building communities while creating pathways for broader participation in real estate ownership and development. In addition to his leadership at United Partners, he serves as Director of Development for AYO Labs, where he leads major expansion and financing initiatives.
