
Donnell Selby
DONNELL SELBY has over 16 years of experience working in commercial real estate. His background includes property management, development, leasing, risk management, market research and analysis. At the firm, he is responsible for strategic planning and corporate development as well as overseeing the daily operations of all multi-family and mixed-use assets under management.
Donnell holds a RAM designation from the National Associated Builders and Owner Inc. Furthermore, he has a certificate in Real Estate Economics & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
He is a LISC NYC Developers of Color Fellow, Project REAP Fellow, Certified in LIHTC from Quadel Consulting and has also completed HPD’s Building Capacity for developers in Affordable Housing and Marketing Agent Programs.
A New York State Licensed Broker. Graduate of Hampton University. A committee member for Diversity in Commercial Real Estate (“DCRE”) He is also a mentor for the REEX/ULI Mentoring Program and a member of Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), Real Estate Executive Council (“REEC”) and NYREC.
