Investor, philanthropist, and New York City native Corey Galloway founded Legacy Growth Partners (LGP), LLC, in 2007. Through visionary investments rooted in community development and values-driven impact, LGP is today a driving force in strategic business development and direct investment with double bottom line return. Recognized in a Harvard Business School case study, LGP’s last three investments have all exceeded projections, with a staggering increase in value of 260% since investment.

Under Galloway’s helm, LGP was selected in 2016 as one of just nine developers to lead NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s New Infill Homeownership Opportunities program. Alongside partners including Goldman Sachs, LGP has committed $20 million to develop and improve vacant lots throughout Brooklyn’s East New York and Brownsville neighborhoods to create affordable housing for low-income families.

Galloway has more than two decades of finance, operations, and marketing experience. A former Director of Operations and Finance at MTV Animation department as well as Director of Global Production at Sesame Workshop, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from American International College, an MBA from Pace University, and graduated from the OPM program at Harvard Business School.

Galloway was elected as Trustee of New York’s New Rochelle Public Library in 2018, serves on the Board of Opportunity Youth Part and as a mentor, and is a member of Westchester Clubmen, a Scout leader, and a member of his fraternity graduate chapter.
