Brooke C. Richartz is a Managing Director and Senior Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with JP Morgan Chase’s Commercial Term Lending (CTL) team. In her role, Brooke manages loan originators in the Northeast region who provide financing on multifamily properties. She also provides strategic direction from end to end, encompassing marketing, pricing and operations.

Brooke has been with the Bank and CTL since 2006. Prior to becoming an Senior RSM, she led various operations, functional and credit teams, while serving as an inspiration to young women in the industry.

Brooke has an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Business. She also has a BBA in Finance and Business Management from the same institution.
