Let’s Brainstorm

Attend this program focused on experiential case studies, to understand if you have a deal or not. This workshop targets the advanced beginner in real estate development. We will specifically focus on deals with under $10M in total development cost (TDC). You will work in teams to determine whether the deals make sense. At the end of each case we will have a large group discussion on the rationale behind your decision.
