City of Yes for Housing Opportunity' is a bold initiative aimed at revitalizing New York's housing landscape.As New York City faces a generational housing crisis with just a 1.4 percent rental vacancy rate, the Adams administration is proposing bold, solution, which estimates it could produce as many as 108,850 new homes over the next 15 years.

By reforming zoning laws, the believe that they are not only addressing the pressing need for affordable and accessible housing, but also laying the foundation for a more inclusive and equitable future.

*The following participants will be able to attend the CLE programs and receive CLE credit:
Newly admitted lawyers (admitted 2022-2024)
In-house/corporate counsel
Government sector, academia and non-profit lawyers
Judges and their staff.

Once participation has been verified, a New York certificate of attendance will be issued by the CLE team.
