The masterclass will provide an overview of the CPC ACCESS initiative which was created to provide BIPOC developers/entrepreneurs with both financial and human capital resources. Through an initial “listening tour” approach, the ACCESS initiative identified a “value add” component in providing consultant resources to novice, emerging, and seasoned developer tiers.
