
Nawal Noor
Nawal Noor is a developer and a builder.
She founded Noor Companies in 2012 with no outside capital and built it into a woman-owned development and construction firm. To date, it has delivered more than $350 million in completed work for institutional and public sector clients.
Nawal spent more than a decade in corporate finance, audit, strategy, and marketing, including executive roles at Ecolab, before turning to development and construction. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
She is a 2019 Bush Fellow, a 2026 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Heartland finalist, and a Power 30 Developer, with an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Finance and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas. She serves on the University of St. Thomas Real Estate Advisory Board and the Children’s Hospital Foundation Board and speaks frequently on real estate, development, and entrepreneurship.
