Ryan Moorehead is Co-Founder of Arlo, an AI-native compliance platform transforming affordable housing operations. A 20-year industry veteran, Ryan currently serves as President of GRC Management, overseeing a portfolio of more than 14,000 affordable and market-rate housing units in New York City. Previously, he served as Head of Residential for Olshan Properties and CEO of Parkchester, a 12,271-unit mixed-income community.

Ryan combines deep operational expertise with technology innovation to help affordable housing providers reduce administrative burden, improve compliance outcomes, and operate more efficiently. He holds a B.S. in Real Estate from NYU and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
