Aundre Oldacre is the Founder and CEO of AoRa Development, an MWBE certified real estate development platform focused on triple net zero (water, waste, energy), offsite construction, and transit oriented construction. AoRa's approach combines institutional capital structuring with a systematic incentive stacking methodology to deliver deals that perform financially and advance sustainability goals.

Aundre is also Founder of IncentEdge, an AI native platform that automates the discovery, analysis, and structuring of federal, state, and local incentives for real estate developers, investors, and public agencies. IncentEdge recently launched as a turnkey solution that transforms what has historically been a fragmented, advisor dependent process into a scalable, data-driven capital optimization tool covering programs including ITC, LIHTC, NY PACE, NYSERDA, and §6417 Direct Pay. The company unlocks a $50 billion annual pool of unused incentives by simplifying complex programs, coordinating fragmented stakeholders, and managing the process required to turn eligibility into awarded capital.

Aundre is the former Chair of the Offsite Construction Council at the National Institute of Building Sciences and serves on the Finance Committee at EIC NY PACE, and NYC Building Hackathon Winner for their partnership for an automated permitting solution. His background includes structured finance roles at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
