Austin Walker is the Founder and CEO of A. Walker & Co., a real estate investment management firm focused on joint venture equity for affordable and workforce housing nationwide. Since launching the firm in 2023, he has led the deployment of $33 million in equity across 2,755 units with total project costs exceeding $473 million.
Previously, Austin was Vice President of Originations at Arbor Realty Trust, where he structured over $1 billion in multifamily and SFR transactions. He began his career in private wealth management at Wells Fargo and holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, where he was a member of the 2007 NCAA Division I lacrosse national championship team.
