BOS is currently developing Inn Harlem, a 40 unit all-suite boutique extended stay hotel in Central Harlem. In the food and beverage space, BOS real estate projects include an urban agriculture farm-to-table innovation hub. BOS also serves as a commercial real estate broker for commercial real estate transactions with a focus on charter schools and religious organizations.

In her leadership of BOS, Ms. Sibblies brings to bear a track record of financial innovation as a former investment banker and a deep commitment to building communities. Prior to forming BOS Development, Ms. Sibblies worked at J.P. Morgan Chase, acting as first a Vice President of Emerging Markets Research and then Vice President of Structured Finance. She also serves as the AVP of Economics for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation.
