Myron Adoteye is the Founder and Principal of Aya Enterprises LLC, a capital markets firm sourcing debt & equity fMyron Adoteye is an investor and financial professional with more than a decade of experience in real estate
investment and financing. He founded Aya Enterprises LLC - a capital markets firm sourcing the full capital stack
for middle market real estate developers - in 2020. Throughout his career, Myron completed $100 million of
commercial transactions; with another $100 million in the pipeline.
In the greater New York area, Myron worked for REIS (now Moody’s Analytics’ REIS) where he consulted in
different capacities including commercial real estate data, modeled economic data for commercial real estate,
and closed one of the company’s top ten new business deals (Brixmor, NYSE: BRX) in the retail sector for 2014.
Myron’s is certified in REIS 2.0 Subscriber Edition Data Analysis and acquired his Life, Accident & Health, and
Series 7 & 66 licenses. He is a guest venture capital judge and business mentor for the Georgetown University
Law School Entrepreneurship Practicum and a member of the Diversity in Commercial Real Estate Conference
Host Committee, which runs the largest diverse commercial real estate conference in the country.
Myron has spoken at the United Nations, the US Black Chamber, the National Urban League & Bisnow’s Multifamily Annual Conference. He has also been featured on NPR's Streetwise program - a real estate show that explores industry trends and issues. Myron’s interest in community service led to his appointment as the CFO/treasurer for New Passage Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting with and expanding the African Diaspora. He received the Presidential Silver Volunteer Service Award in 2022.
Myron completed his Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Communications and MBA in Management &
Entrepreneurship at Fordham University. He lives with his wife Courtney in New Jersey and Virginia.
